Avantis Estate Malagouzia is the fresh version if the most important ancient varietal, unfolding all its
character in one of the most impressive aromatic and tasty wines.
Description: Soft lemon-green color with pronounced nose intensity of citrus fruit (grapefruit – lime),
white peach, pear, lemon blossom and hints of minerality. Fruity palate with sharp acidity and aromas of
white fruit, citrus, rose and mineral aromas of stone and steel.
Vinification: old maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 16 C and filtration

Ktima Pavlidi – Thema White

Specific characteristics
Light yellow – green colour. Complex nose beginning with intense fruity aromas of exotic fruits, continuing with compounding hints of citron and peach. Well balanced and richly flavored in the mouth with pleasing freshness. Clean and fruity finish with the characteristic minerality of Assyrtiko.

Vinification
The perfect ripening of the grapes and the carefully selected date of harvest, which takes place during the night, contribute to the preservation of varietal aromas and natural acidity. De-stemming and light-crushing is followed by skin-contact at low temperature, longtime pressing and controlled fermentation of the juice at 18 0C in stainless steel tanks. A three months period staying on lees gives certain roundness to this wine.

Serving tips
Serve at 9-11oC, to bring out all the richness of aroma and freshness of flavor. Serve with: seafood and shellfish dishes, pasta with white sauces, white meats and salads.

Ktima Pavlidi – Thema Red

Specific characteristics
The dark purple color with violet reflections retains all its intensity. The nose is dominated by an intense bouquet of cherries and plums followed by scents of chocolate, smoke and vanilla. Generous in the mouth, with good balance and lively tannins contributing to a velvety structure. Long and fruity aftertaste, with a light touch of oak. Further ageing reveals its full potential.

Vinification
The perfect ripening of the grapes and the carefully selected date of harvest, which takes place during the night, contribute to the preservation of varietal aromatic and phenolic potential. The right method of diffusion during the pre- and post-fermentation macerations, allows extracting this potential, before its transfered to oak barrels. There, following fermentation, it is left to age for 12 months with further 8-10 months in the bottle.

Serving tips
Serve at 17-18oC. It seeks the company of grilled red meat and spicy game, as well as spicy and unctuous cheeses. It’s a wine with a great potential of aging. It needs to be decanted before serving.

Rapsani Grand Reserve

The nose is dominated by vegetal and earthy aromas with ripe black fruit and vanilla on the background. The palate is dry, rich in robust tannins with acidity that balances the ripe fruit and the sweet spices. The oak is well integrated. Long and complex finish.
